About GetMySMM

What we do

GetMySMM rents a complete, fully managed SMM panel on the customer's own domain. You choose a plan, point your domain at us, and the panel installs itself with a free SSL certificate, usually within minutes of your DNS record resolving. From then on we keep it running: hosting, updates, security patches and backups are our job, so yours is providers, prices and customers.

Right now 3 panels run on the platform, each on its owner's domain and brand.

How every panel is run

Each panel is its own installation, not a folder inside a shared application:

• its own Linux user owning its files, and its own PHP worker pool running as that user;
• its own MySQL database and database user, granted on that database only;
• its own queue worker and scheduler, nginx site and SSL certificate;
• nightly backups of the database, uploads and configuration, with the last seven kept.

The servers are in a data centre in Ashburn, Virginia (USA). This website sits behind Cloudflare.

What you own

The domain, the brand, the customers and the data are yours. Your panel shows your logo, colours and emails, with nothing pointing back to us, and you can export your data at any time. The software itself stays with us as a managed service: that is what keeps updates and security fixes automatic. If a subscription lapses, the panel pauses after a short grace period; nothing is deleted, and paying the renewal brings it straight back.
