What exactly do I get?
A complete SMM panel running on your own domain with your brand: storefront, ordering, wallet, payments, provider connections, tickets and a full admin. We host it, secure it, back it up and update it. You run the business.
Do I need my own hosting or a developer?
No. Hosting, installation, SSL, updates and backups are all included. You only need a domain name.
Is this a child panel?
No. A child panel runs inside someone else's system with their providers and prices. This is your own panel: any provider, any price, your data.
Can I try it first?
Yes. The live demo is the same panel. One click signs you in as a customer or as the admin.
Who owns the data?
You do. Customer, order and provider data can be exported whenever you want it.
Setup and domain
How fast is my panel live?
Usually within 15 minutes of paying. The install itself takes a few minutes; the rest is waiting for your DNS change to spread.
How do I connect my domain?
Add the domain in your dashboard. We show you exactly what to enter at your registrar: two A records, or our nameservers if you prefer. The panel installs by itself as soon as the records resolve.
What if my DNS has not updated yet?
Nothing to do. Your panel shows "Waiting for DNS" and deploys the moment the record resolves. We re-check every two minutes.
Can I change the domain later?
Yes. Ask support and we move the panel, with a new SSL certificate, onto the new domain.
Can I move an existing panel over?
Customers and providers can be migrated. How much order history comes across depends on the script you use today. Message us and we will tell you honestly.
Providers and payments
Will my providers work?
Yes. Any provider that uses the standard SMM API connects with a URL and an API key, and you can import their full service list in two steps.
How do my customers pay me?
Through the gateways you switch on in your admin: UPI, UPI QR, BharatPe, Paytm, Razorpay, Cashfree, PhonePe, Stripe, PayPal, Binance Pay, Cryptomus, Heleket, NOWPayments, Plisio, Perfect Money and Payeer. Manual methods such as a UPI QR or a bank transfer work too. The money goes to your own accounts.
Can other panels resell my services?
Yes. Any panel that uses the standard SMM API can connect to yours with an API key and resell your services; their orders come in like any other.
Billing
How do I pay for the subscription?
In rupees by UPI, from any UPI app, or in crypto (USDT, Bitcoin, Ethereum and more) from anywhere. Both confirm automatically and your subscription starts within minutes.
What happens when my subscription ends?
We send the renewal invoice a few days before. If it is not paid on the day, your panel keeps running through a grace period, then pauses. Paying brings it straight back with everything intact.
Can I change my term later?
Yes. Move to a longer term any time; the new term is added on top of the days you have left.
Can I run more than one panel?
Yes, from the same account. Each new panel gets its own plan, so it has its own rent and its own renewal date. Choose a plan for a new panel, type its domain at checkout, and it is set up as soon as the invoice is paid.
What are the refund terms?
Once a panel is installed on your domain the setup is complete and the subscription is non-refundable. If you have paid but nothing is installed yet, contact us.
