Is this the panel itself?
No. This is the platform you use to buy and run a panel. Your panel is deployed on your own domain, fully branded as yours.
Do I need my own hosting?
No. Hosting, deployment and SSL are handled for you. You only bring a domain.
Can I move an existing panel over?
Customers and providers can be migrated. How much order history comes across depends on the script you are on today — open a ticket and we will tell you.
Will my provider APIs work?
Yes. The panel speaks the standard provider API, so most providers connect with just a URL and key.
Who owns the data?
You do. Customer, order and provider data is exportable whenever you want it.
Deployment & domains
How fast does a panel go live?
Minutes after payment, once your domain resolves to us. Most of the wait is DNS propagation, not the install.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes — that is the point. Point the nameservers at us and the panel is configured with SSL automatically.
How does SSL renew?
Automatically, at no extra cost, for as long as the subscription is active.
What if DNS has not propagated yet?
The panel sits in "waiting for DNS" and deploys itself the moment the records resolve. Nothing for you to do.
Can I change the domain later?
Yes. Add the new domain from your dashboard and we redeploy onto it.
Billing
Which payment methods can I use?
UPI for Indian customers and USDT (TRC20 / BEP20) internationally. Submit the reference after paying and we activate the panel once verified.
How long does verification take?
Usually under an hour during working hours. You get an email the moment the payment clears.
What happens when a subscription expires?
The panel is suspended, not deleted. There is a grace window to renew before anything is removed.
Can I upgrade mid-cycle?
Yes. The unused value of your current plan is deducted from the upgrade invoice.
What are the refund terms?
Once a panel is deployed to your domain the setup is complete and the subscription is non-refundable. If you have paid but nothing is deployed yet, contact us.
